1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. One active session is allowed per account.
2. Role of CEADC
CEADC provides the platform connecting clients and providers. Contracts for services are between the client and the provider.
3. Payments and fees
Client payments are held until work is confirmed. CEADC charges a commission on completed jobs, shown before a quote is sent.
4. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and based on real jobs. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
5. Disputes
Disputes must be raised within the time limit shown on the order. CEADC mediates and its decision on held funds is final.
6. Suspension
We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, expired verification or breach of these terms.
