Verified badges now renew every year

Starting October 1, verified providers will be asked to confirm their licence and insurance once a year.

To keep the verified badge meaningful for clients, verification now lasts 12 months. We'll email you 30 days before it expires.

Renewing takes a few minutes: upload your current insurance certificate and, for regulated trades and professions, your licence.

If your badge lapses, your profile and services stay online, but the badge and the verified filter in search no longer apply until you renew.

Members can now build profiles, list services, receive job requests and register for events in one place.
